    The Pomodoro Technique (But Better)

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method that breaks work into 25-minute focus intervals separated by 5-minute breaks. After four intervals ("Pomodoros"), you take a longer 15-30 minute break. It works because your brain sustains true focus in roughly 25-minute bursts before attention starts to drift.

Work for 25 minutes. Break for 5. Repeat. It's simple because simple works.

Why 25 minutes? Your brain can truly focus for about that long before it starts wandering to 'what should I have for dinner' territory. The timer keeps you honest.
