    Eisenhower Matrix

The Eisenhower Matrix is a prioritization framework that sorts tasks into four quadrants based on urgency and importance: Do (urgent + important), Schedule (important, not urgent), Delegate (urgent, not important), and Delete (neither). Named after President Dwight D. Eisenhower, it helps you stop confusing "busy" with "productive" by forcing you to name why each task deserves your time.

Prioritize by urgency × importance. Named after President Eisenhower who reportedly said: "What is important is seldom urgent; what is urgent is seldom important."

    The Four Quadrants:

Best for: People who struggle with prioritization and say yes to everything.
