The Four Categories:
- Projects – Tasks with deadlines (short-term)
- Areas – Ongoing responsibilities (no end date)
- Resources – Reference material
- Archive – Inactive items
Key Insight: Projects end. Areas don't. "Launch website" = Project. "Maintain website" = Area.
Best for: Knowledge workers who need to organize both tasks AND information.
