When you delete a task that was committed, dated, or older than 7 days, LemTask asks why:
- Priorities changed — Something more important came up
- No longer relevant — Situation changed
- Delegated elsewhere — Someone else is handling it
- Shouldn't have been added — Was never really a task
This prevents silent deletion of meaningful work and helps identify patterns (e.g., 'I over-commit on Mondays').
