Mouse-driven workflows are slow. Learn six keys and you'll fly.
The essential six
- Q — Quick-add a task from anywhere
- Cmd/Ctrl + K — Command palette (do literally anything)
- J / K — Move down / up through the task list
- E — Edit the selected task inline
- C — Mark complete (or press Space)
- H — Snooze / hide until later
Bonus power moves
- 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 on selected task — set priority P1–P4
- T — Assign due date via natural language
- / — Focus the search bar
- ? — Show the full shortcut cheatsheet
Vim users: J/K navigation is intentional. G goes to top; Shift+G to bottom.
