It can. Ellie is calmer by default. LemTask has gamification (XP toasts, celebrations) on by default which makes it louder. You can turn off all gamification in Settings → Appearance, which closes most of the gap. Ellie still has a slight edge on raw aesthetic — fair criticism we're working on.
