The Day Capacity Meter appears on the Today view when tasks have duration estimates. It shows a progress bar: planned minutes vs. your daily capacity.
How to configure:
- Click the ⚙️ icon next to the meter
- Set your realistic daily hours (1-12h, default 6h)
- Saved per device
What the colors mean:
- 🟢 Green — under 80%, you have room
- 🟡 Amber — 80-100%, nearly full
- 🔴 Red — over capacity, consider rescheduling
Unestimated tasks show as a warning so you know the real load may be higher.
