    The 2-Minute Rule

The 2-Minute Rule, from David Allen's Getting Things Done, states that if a task takes less than two minutes, you should do it immediately rather than tracking it. The overhead of capturing, scheduling, and revisiting a two-minute task costs more time than the task itself, so acting now is objectively more efficient.

If a task takes less than 2 minutes, do it now. Don't add it to your list, don't schedule it, just do it. This single rule will change your life more than any app feature.
