When team tasks go past their due date, the Overdue Alert Banner appears at the top of the team task list.
What it shows:
- Number of overdue tasks
- Which members have overdue assignments
- How many days overdue each task is
Nudge feature (Admins & Owners):
Admins and Owners can send a one-click nudge notification to remind assignees about their overdue tasks. The assignee receives an in-app notification.
Why it matters:
Accountability is the #1 reason teams adopt task tools. Without escalation, overdue tasks silently rot. This keeps everyone honest without awkward Slack messages.
